A dive bar is an unpretentious neighborhood bar, usually with simple decor, low-key service and a loyal local crowd. People look for one when they want an easygoing night out. Every bar here has dive in its name or business category.

Good to know
What makes a bar a dive bar?
There is no strict rule, but dive bars are generally casual, worn-in and local, with a simple drink list. The label is often a compliment from regulars.
Are dive bars 21+?
Bars that serve alcohol generally require guests to be 21 or older, but policies vary by venue, so check the bar's age policy.
